Maggie Siebert

Maggie Siebert holds a Ph.D. in Communication specializing in the areas of health and environmental communication.  She lives and works along the Rio Grande River in Albuquerque, teaches classes on gardening, environmental sustainability, and experiential service learning at the University of New Mexico with the Community Engaged Learning and Research Program, owns Sani Yoga Studio, has 25 chickens, two goats, and a puppy.  She is a member of the Icelandia Project Collective, a current International Environmental Communication Association Educator Fellow, and publishes and researches food, culture, nature, and environmental relations.
